What is your refund policy?

We do not accept returns, but we do we exercise a timely exchange policy - within 5 days of the purchase w/ the original item returned in original, un-worn condition. Please contact us if you need help with this.

 

How are items shipped?

All items are mailed priority mail (2 day) and have tracking UNLESS mailed internationally.

 

Can I add tracking to my international package?

Yes, you can add tracking to all international orders for an additional fee. Please contact us in regards to this.

 

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, we do. Every item purchased after your first will only be an additional $1 to ship. Please keep in mind that we are only able to do this with items purchased the same day.  Sometimes on post nights it can be challenging to get multiple items in your cart while still having time to close out on them before someone else buys them. This is the nature of one of a kind items. We offer shipping refunds as a courtesy to those of you who want to purchase multiple items but are concerned you will lose them if not bought in a timely manner. When we mail out your package, we will send back shipping refunds to customers who have obtained multiple items in single transactions.

 

do you offer custom orders? i HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING MY SIZE?

Because I aim to meet the size variations of all my customers, I do offer made to order items on our basics.  You will see these items in the shop and they can be ordered in size small through extra large.  I'm unable to make custom items beyond that because of the nature of one of a kind materials.  If you have your eye on a certain style, I am happy to hear your size suggestions.  I will keep these in my notes when I shop and I do my very best to accommodate.  Please remember however, we are dealing with second hand materials that always makes for a gamble.  Just send me this info by email and we will go from there.
